# Agentic Foundry

> Agentic Foundry (Emergix LLC dba Agentic Foundry) is an Agentic Systems Lab. We help operations and transformation leaders move past scattered AI pilots to production agentic systems that run real business workflows, using FORGE — our proprietary five-stage method.

## Definition

- **Agentic system**: a coordinated network of AI agents, workflows, data, and human oversight that runs business processes end to end and improves with use. Unlike a standalone tool, chatbot, or RPA script, it is embedded in how work actually gets done and gets better the more it runs.
- **Agentic systems lab**: a firm that designs, builds, and operates production agentic systems for organizations — not just advises on them. Agentic Foundry is an agentic systems lab.

## FORGE method (five stages)

1. **Find the Focus** — score candidate workflows with ROAI (Return on AI: business impact × build feasibility) and sequence highest-payback first.
2. **Orchestrate the Work** — design the coordinated network of agents, tools, data, and human oversight.
3. **Replicate Intelligence** — encode expert judgment into the system.
4. **Generate Feedback** — instrument usage so the system improves with outcomes.
5. **Empower Teams** — hand over governance and enable the team to own and extend it.
